Impact analysis studies provide important contributions when potential transportation problems are identified prior to major real estate projects.
Traffic Impact Analysis conducted by İSBAK is carried out using international traffic engineering methods and is prepared in accordance with the standards stipulated by local administrations, crediting institutions and foreign investors. Interaction analysis of Turkey's biggest real estate investments is done by ISBAK in an objective and professional manner.
It is necessary to analyze the traffic impacts after the establishment of facilities such as Mixed-Use Real Estate Investments, Tourism and Entertainment Center Investments, Shopping Centers (MALL), Housing and Office Projects, Tunnels, Circumference Roads, Airports, Public Transport (Metro and BRT) before the projected traffic problems can occur in the coming years.
